As a mother who has experienced childbirth within the maternity system, I understand how transformative and impactful birth can be. It’s not just an event that passes by; it stays with you forever. That's why I am dedicated to helping women birth on their own terms, honoring their personal values and choices around childbirth. I aim to provide families with comprehensive, evidence-based information about their options for birth, including setting up the right birth plan, exploring pain relief and interventions, and making informed decisions about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care.

I also understand the challenges new mothers face, especially without a strong support network. I’m here to help you build that "village" and prepare for a nurtured postpartum experience. In this phase, I assist families in celebrating the joys and navigating the struggles of early parenthood, offering guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding, and infant sleep. My goal is to ensure you feel supported and empowered as you step into this sacred journey, watching your unique family story unfold.

First Aid trainer
I am an ex-nurse, now working with my mother's First Aid training business (Fast Action First Aid), offering both nationally recognized first aid/CPR trainings, aswell as private in-home Child & Infant First Aid / CPR education to parents and carers through my own business. 

These private Child & Infant First Aid / CPR sessions are held in the comfort of your own home. These sessions cover the topics of CPR, Choking, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Burns, Fevers, Rashes, Respiratory distress and more!
